Do I need to know how to swim or paddle?+
No prior experience needed. We brief you on the sand and keep groups small, so beginners are looked after from the first stroke. Basic water confidence is all we ask.
What's included in the price?+
Guide, kayak, paddle and life jacket on every tour. Snorkel tours add a full mask, snorkel and fin set, plus water and fresh fruit on the beach.
What happens if the weather turns?+
We watch the forecast daily and call you before departure. If we can't run safely, you choose a free reschedule or a refund as per our policy — no stress.
What should I bring?+
Swimmers, a towel, a hat, reef-safe sunscreen and a change of clothes. Leave valuables in the car — we provide a dry bag for phones and keys.
Is there an age limit?+
Kids from 6 can paddle in a double kayak with an adult. There's no upper limit — our oldest regular paddler is 82.
Where do we meet?+
At our Broadwater base near the Gold Coast Seaway. Full directions and parking notes are sent with your booking confirmation.
